The National Academy of Sciences and the affiliated Institute of Medicine has published Science, Evolution, and Creationism, a followup of similar reports in the past. It emphasizes teaching evolution in public schools and contains a summary of evolutionary theory and evidence. It also takes some shots at supernatural claptrap being fraudulently marketed as science. Twelve bucks - if you are on the front lines, at that price you probably can’t go without.
