Uh-oh - another transitional fossil found

The Knight Science Journalism Tracker brings us news of a long-legged reptile that may be transitional between modern crocodiles and alligators, and their ancestors from earlier in the Mesozoic. Apparently the papers are calling it a “missing link” - I’m not sure why they considered it missing, but whatever.

So here’s yet another fossil to fit into our list of transitional fossils when we’re talking about intelligent design creationism.
